In 2025, Build Health International’s Biomedical Engineering and Medical Oxygen program expanded into building biomedical capacity through comprehensive education and training sessions for biomedical personnel, hospital management, and other health officials.
Working in partnership with The Global Fund Project BOXER, the Skoll Foundation, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, as well as local Ministries of Health and nonprofits, BHI continued ongoing efforts to install, repair, and provide technical advisory for medical oxygen plants.
Build Health International’s team of biomedical engineers and public health experts made tremendous strides in delivering oxygen to over 30,000 patients in low-resource settings throughout the world.
