September 11, 2025–Beverly, Massachusetts. Build Health International has welcomed three new members to serve on its Board of Directors.
As of September 2025, Stuart Meurer, Bonni Theriault, and Dr. Patrick Ulysse have all joined the organization. Each of them brings a unique lens to healthcare access and infrastructure, ranging from private consulting and corporate development to clinical expertise and construction administration.
The recent appointments add to BHI’s dynamic Board of Directors including Chair of the Board, Patricia McGuire Meservey, as well as Jennifer Aliber, Karen Keating-Ansara, Bob Broudo, Andrew DeFranza, Harry Dumay, Herby Duverné, Dr. Regan Marsh, Mark Michalowski, Dr. Philip Onyebujoh, and Father John Unni.
Stuart Meurer currently serves as president and CEO of Windover Construction, providing leadership to the firm and ensuring operational excellence across all teams. For 35 years, he has managed a wide range of projects, including environmental remediation, historic restoration, and construction of academic, institutional, commercial, and residential facilities. Windover Construction has supported BHI for over ten years, and Stuart supported the team in Haiti, witnessing first-hand BHI’s work.
Bonni Theriault is the Chief Partnerships Officer for Generation where she develops multinational collaborations with donors and corporates and leads a multimillion dollar portfolio of partnerships, which together support Generation’s global work and programs in 17 countries. Previously, she worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey and also served as the Marketing Director for Global Emergency Care, a non-profit global health organization dedicated to making lifesaving medical care available to all Ugandans.
Dr. Patrick Ulysse most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Partners In Health, overseeing global operations across sites in Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean. A Haitian physician with over 20 years in public health, he has led responses to major health crises including the Ebola outbreak in Liberia and post-earthquake recovery in Haiti (2010). His work integrates high-quality clinical care with long-term systems strengthening in under-resourced settings.
